Puzio Eyecare Associates - Harwich

I have been using Puzio Eyecare for years now. Dr. Matthew Puzio is a great guy. Very knowledgeable and down to Earth. He seems to have good management skills as well. Most of his employees have been there for a considerable time. A positive Doctors visit is always a welcome thing!

The whole staff is amazing. I have been coming here for 11 years. The newest surprise has been Dr Puzzio's discovery of a new dry eye treatment. As an 80 year old Nurse Practitioner I can report that it is life changing.

Phyllis is the heart and soul of Puzzio Associates. She provides outstanding customer service, and always makes all her patients feel valued. My kids have been going to Dr. Puzzio for over ten years.

Pleasant experience. The receptionist is extremely hospitable and helpful. I am always able to get an appointment in a timely manner. Dr. Matt and the entire staff are very competent and friendly. If you are considering contact lenses, they have a great price package which includes a follow up appointment. I also take my 10 year old son for his yearly check up. He has a developmental disability, which makes any Dr appointment difficult. The staff has always been wonderful in making his experience as stress free as possible.

The staff are professional, friendly, helpful and efficient. Dr. Ernst is the first eye doctor I've seen in my long adult life who took the time to explain my variance in visual acuity simply and logically and gave me great advice on how to deal with it. I'd highly recommend Puzio Eyecare.

I’ve been going to Puzio Eyecare for many years, and the warm welcome and attention to detail are always exceptional. Dr. Puzio is a wonderful optometrist whose professionalism and care truly stand out. I’ve recommended him to several colleagues, and they’ve all been equally impressed by his office and team.

Since 2020, I have been diagnosed with hearing, balance problems, eye, and autoimmune issues. All the diagnosis's were on target and more tests, PT and medications prescribed. None made a marked difference. I made an appointment with Dr Ernst and within one hour, after many non-invasive tests, she found something that, hopefully, will help me by putting prisms in the corrective lenses. Wish I could give her 100 stars. The facility is very nice, the staff helpful and pleasant. I was not pressured into buying frames. I was shown that my insurance coverage would pay for the lenses, only if I bought new frames, (as in less of a chance of breaking new ones) or keeping my frames and having the lenses made in house. I'm guessing that the reviewer who was not pleased with that conversation misunderstood that it was a comparison of cost, something which I, and probably most, need spelled out. And, yes, I had Covid and vaccines.

I have a severe "dry eye' condtion, and after a discussion with Dr. Puzio I decided to try the IPL & Lipaflow treatments. WOW!!! I have been taking restasis for years and tried a multitude of potential remedies with mediocre results. Dr. Puzio's treatment was like a "miracle " to me.. I would highly recommend Dr. Puzio and his experience with "dry eye" treatment. This dr's office is as professional and safe as there is anywhere. Great find on the Cape!!!!
